The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller regarding the concluded Contract at the e-mail address info@feelmypaint.com or in writing to the Seller’s address below.

A properly submitted complaint should include at least:
– Name, surname, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,
– the date of the Agreement forming the basis of the complaint,
– the subject of the complaint, indicating the Buyer’s request,
– any circumstances justifying the complaint.

The buyer can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Damage caused during transport should be reported to the carrier at the time of receipt of the shipment and documented by an appropriate damage report. Otherwise, a complaint about them may not be accepted.

If the data or information provided in the complaint needs to be supplemented, the Seller shall request the complainant to supplement it to the extent indicated before considering the complaint.

The seller shall consider the complaint as soon as possible, within 30 days from the date of receipt in its correct form. The answer to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer or to the postal mail address.

A customer who is a Consumer may use out-of-court means of handling complaints and enforcing contractual obligations arising from an online sales contract or a contract for the provision of services. Wanting to take advantage of the possibility of amicable resolution of disputes concerning online purchases, a Customer who is a Consumer may submit his complaint through the EU online platform ODR (Online Dispute Resolution), available at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

2 Returns

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without giving any reason within a maximum period of 14 days counting from the day on which the Product was taken into possession by the Consumer or a third party other than a carrier indicated by the Consumer.

In order to comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information on the exercise of his right of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal.

The consumer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract, or give it to a person authorized by the Seller for collection, unless the Seller offered to collect the Product himself. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send back the Product before its expiration.

The Seller is obliged to immediately, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s statement of withdrawal from the contract, return to the Consumer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivery of the Product. If the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery of the Product other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery available on the Online Store, the Seller shall not be obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by the Consumer. The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product, i.e. the cost of returning the Product to the Seller.

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply to the Consumer with respect to, among other things. for contracts:
– in which the subject of performance is a product that is perishable or has a short shelf life,
– in which the subject of the service is a Product delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
