HOW

How do we do it?

The production process of our acrylic paint consists of several stages

FIRST STAGE

The first step is the preparation of the ingredients: Acrylic paint is based on acrylic dispersion, which is an aqueous solution of special acrylic polymers. Acrylic dispersion is delivered to us ready-made in drums.
The paint also contains pigments, fillers, stabilizers and additives that give the paint certain properties. Each ingredient is carefully weighed.

SECOND STAGE

The second stage is pre-mixing and wetting: the acrylic dispersion is mixed with water and other ingredients in a special tank, then the pigment that will determine the color of the future paint is added, as well as other dry substances, continuing mixing at low speeds. We need to moisten each pigment particle.

THIRD STAGE

The third stage is the dispersion of the mixture. We increase the speed of mixing in order to evenly disperse all the substances in the paint. In the final stage, we introduce special additives to regulate the density and keep the paint fresh.

In order to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paint, we grind it with a three-roll mill. A triple roller mill is a machine consisting of three horizontal rollers that rotate around their axis and grind the material between them.
After the stage with three-roll mills, we take samples of the paint for final quality control before packaging and preparing it for shipment to the market.

FOURTH STAGE.

Packaging stage. If the selected samples pass the tests, we proceed to package the product. The finished paint is poured into tubes and then hermetically sealed to prevent drying and spilling.
