Information:
- If the order was placed before 1pm it will be shipped the same day
- If the order was placed after 1 p.m. it will be shipped the next day
- If the payment was made by bank transfer, then the next working day after the payment is credited
- Orders are not shipped on weekends
- Estimated delivery time is calculated from the time of shipment, not from the time the order is placed
Shipping after payment
FellMyPaint sends only those orders for which payment has been received. Please take into account that payments by traditional bank transfer may take longer to post than others. In this case, shipping may be 1-2 days later. If you care about time, please send the transfer confirmation to our email address.
Adding products to your order
Please bear in mind that due to the high volume of orders coming out of our warehouse, we cannot guarantee the ability to add products to orders or the ability to combine orders that have been completed. If you would like to change or combine already finalized orders, please contact our customer service department. Our employee will let you know if it will be possible to edit the order. This is only possible during customer service office hours of 8:00 am – 3:00 pm on weekdays. An order is considered finalized when it is paid for. If you want to add something to your order, you will have to place a new order, for which you will be charged the standard shipping fee.
Delivery problems
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by our logistics partners or situations beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, etc. Please note that we report the estimated delivery date suggested by order delivery companies. On rare occasions, some packages may arrive later than the proposed timeframe. To ensure the shortest possible delivery, provide full address information (street name, house number, postal code and city) and phone number so that our logistics partners can contact you. When your order is shipped, you will receive an online tracking number. Do not hesitate to contact us if you notice any problems in delivery. Our customer service representatives will answer your questions quickly and efficiently.
If the package is not delivered, it will be stored at the nearest post office. If there is no contact from the buyer then the package will return to the sender, or it will be destroyed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is received at any address specified by the supplier and to maintain contact with the supplier. The seller is not responsible for parcels that will be damaged due to non-collection.
Delivery claim
If a package is lost or misdelivered, we will contact the delivery company on your behalf. In order to start the return procedure, the following are necessary:
1) a statement signed by the customer that the package was not delivered
2) confirmation from the supplier that the package was lost or undelivered.
Upon filing an official complaint, we will refund your order fee or send you a new order, whichever you prefer. FeekMyPaint.com will not refund orders or send new packages while the current package is in transit until the package is officially declared lost by the delivery company. However, if you have purchased parcel insurance with us, we will be able to ship a new package right away and you will not have to wait for your claim to be processed.
